Bump minimist and mkdirp in /generator-exercise

Bumps [minimist](https://github.com/minimistjs/minimist), [minimist](https://github.com/minimistjs/minimist) and [mkdirp](https://github.com/isaacs/node-mkdirp). These dependencies needed to be updated together.
